at sentosa, if i know don need to wake
up too early oh bcause can sleep more..

-dinner at hot pot,
eat till wanna vomit sia.. =)

took part in ahm this yr but din perform well oh.. =(

leg damn cramp after 16km , cramp all the way till

end but heng sia because i complete the run.. =)
